Without pressure, expectations, performance or masks.This space is for you if...- You feel that you have functioned for too long and want to feel again instead of just doing.- Your body feels foreign, as though you inhabit it rather than live in it.- You long for genuine connection, with yourself and with other women, without having to achieve anything for it.- Sensuality has long been a closed-off space for you and you are ready to open the door carefully.Whether or not you have experience with embodiment, you need no prior knowledge, flexibility or particular body type – only a willingness to be present.Would you like to show yourself freely in your sensual side and explore it further? Then I warmly invite you to this experience with me and with us.We need spaces where we are not only allowed to cry and heal together. Spaces where we celebrate our beauty. Where we savour our sensuality, feel into our boundaries and celebrate one another without end.Participation involves being willing to accept and receive touch from other women. It will NOT be sexual. All women remain clothed, and it is important to me that the space remains a safe space and that there is consent. No means no, and if you do not want to do an exercise, it is not a failure.
