Together we will practice one hour of yoga for more balance in everyday life. Yoga is good for your health and well-being and helps you let go of everyday stress. We will do breathing exercises, sun salutations, and other "asanas" (exercises) that will get your body moving and your mind at peace. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of all ages. The offer is free of charge and no registration is required. The meeting point is at the "Dose" next to the Multicourt.
